F-35A AF-11 takes off in afterburner for its ferry flight to Eglin AFB, Florida, on 31 August 2011. AF-10 and AF-11 (Air Force serial number 08-0749) both completed the ninety-minute flight marking the ninth and tenth F-35 deliveries of 2011. The aircraft will be used for training pilots and maintainers at Eglin’s new F-35 Integrated Training Center.
